An excellent rating rewards our Barolo: the authoritative international magazine Wine Enthusiast has in fact reviewed our Barolo DOCG Borzoni 2011 , awarding it a score of 90/100. In the tasting notes written by Kerin O'Keefe, the bouquet is described in all its complexity: "Rose, red berry, baked earth, forest floor and grilled herb aromas lead the nose". The review then moves on to the flavor profile, pointing out that "the firm palate offers dried black cherry, cake spice and anise", before concluding by highlighting the wine's structure, where "firm, fine-grained tannins provide the backbone.
